General Terms of Sale and Subscription

These terms govern paid subscriptions to Huntrexia sold by PUYXEL to hunting societies, associations and other customer organisations.

Customers and authority to subscribe

The subscriber states that they act for the customer organisation and have authority to bind it. The hunter personal area may remain free under the current offer; society management tools require a subscription unless a trial or written agreement states otherwise.

Order and activation

Before confirmation, the customer receives the plan features, limits, duration, price, taxes and order summary. The subscription becomes active after acceptance of the contractual documents and payment confirmation or manual validation by Huntrexia.

Prices, taxes and invoices

Applicable prices are those shown at order or stated in a quotation. Current Society plans are fixed-price and include the members needed, with no per-member billing. The Founder plan covers an initial twelve-month period before the Standard price when it is activated with an explicitly configured quota; Standard covers twelve months; Assisted includes an initial assisted period and then continues at the Standard price. Invoices are issued by the publishing company and supplied electronically. Any price change for a renewed subscription is announced before renewal.

Payment

Payment may be made by card, direct debit, bank transfer or any method offered at order. Full banking details are not stored by Huntrexia but processed by the provider identified on screen. The customer warrants that they are authorised to use the selected method.

Term and renewal

The term, start date and automatic or manual renewal are shown before order. For automatic renewal, the customer may request non-renewal from the account or in writing before the stated deadline. Access remains available until the end of the paid period unless there is a serious breach.

Late or failed payment

Following a failure, Huntrexia may retry payment and provide a cure period. If payment remains outstanding, the Society workspace enters READ_ONLY mode: consultation and operations needed to regularise payment remain available while write functions are suspended. Late-payment penalties and the statutory recovery fee applicable between professionals are stated on invoices. Data is not deleted because of non-payment alone.

Termination

The customer may terminate using the method shown in the account and order summary. Unless mandatory law or a specific commitment provides otherwise, amounts for a started period remain due and are not refunded pro rata. Huntrexia may terminate for serious breach, fraud, security risk or persistent non-payment after notice.

End of contract and data retrieval

Before subscription expiry, the customer may export available data. After an unpaid expiry, the workspace remains accessible in READ_ONLY mode according to the service behaviour. These terms do not promise a future automatic deletion; retention, return, anonymisation or deletion follows the policy actually published, legal obligations, temporary backups and controller instructions. The customer remains responsible for keeping required official records.

Liability and force majeure

Each party is liable for proven fault within legal limits. Huntrexia is not liable for hunting decisions, input errors, regulatory sources not updated by the competent authority, network failures, third-party services or indirect loss. Neither party is liable for failure caused by force majeure.

Governing law and disputes

French law applies. The parties first attempt an amicable resolution by writing to hello@puyxel.com. Failing agreement, and where the customer acts professionally, jurisdiction is determined by applicable procedural rules and, where a valid jurisdiction clause is agreed at order, by the courts of PUYXEL's registered office.
