Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the Huntrexia website and application provided by PUYXEL. Creating an account means accepting them.

Purpose of the service

Huntrexia provides hunters with a personal area and hunting societies with management tools for members, roles, events, driven hunts, harvests, quotas, documents, notifications, statistics, offline synchronisation and related features. Availability may depend on the plan, role and enabled modules.

Account and security

Users provide accurate information, keep contact details current, protect their password and do not share their account. Actions performed through an account are presumed to come from its holder until fraudulent access is reported. Huntrexia may require contact verification or suspend a session presenting a risk.

Minors

A minor's access is organised with the society and, where required, the legal representative. Sharing, continuous geolocation, photo publication or optional consent-based features may be restricted until the necessary validation has been obtained.

Hunting society workspaces

The society representative warrants that they have authority to create the workspace, invite members, assign roles and process their data. They must configure permissions carefully, remove obsolete access promptly and ensure the lawfulness of imported or shared information.

Hunting data and regulations

Users remain responsible for the accuracy of declarations and compliance with applicable rules. Huntrexia alerts, quotas, calendars and regulatory content are aids and do not replace official sources or local instructions. Downtime or delayed synchronisation never removes safety or reporting obligations.

GPS, camera, microphone and notifications

These features are triggered on request and depend on device permissions. Refusing a permission does not prevent general use of the service but may disable that feature. Sharing with a society must be voluntary and limited to the information announced on screen.

Content and prohibited conduct

Users must not impersonate others, access another society's data, bypass security, introduce malware or publish unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent content or content infringing third-party rights. Users retain rights in their content and grant Huntrexia the technical rights required to host, back up and display it within the chosen scope.

Availability, maintenance and offline mode

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Maintenance, network incidents, device limitations or synchronisation conflicts may cause interruption or delay. Users must check pending operations before deleting the application, changing device or treating a declaration as transmitted.

Suspension and closure

Huntrexia may suspend an account or workspace for security risk, fraud, non-payment, serious breach, authority request or technical necessity. Except in emergencies, the user or society is informed and may export available data. Account deletion does not erase records a society must legally retain.

Intellectual property

PUYXEL retains all rights in Huntrexia, its code, trademark, interfaces and proprietary content. No right in the software is transferred, other than a personal, limited, revocable and non-exclusive right to use the service under these terms.

Changes, governing law and contact

The terms may be updated for legal, technical or functional reasons. Material changes are announced before taking effect. French law applies, subject to mandatory rules. Before legal action, the parties will seek an amicable solution via hello@puyxel.com.
