Delete your Huntrexia account

Huntrexia, published by PUYXEL, lets you request the actual deletion of your account here after authentication.

Data deleted

Profile and contact details, sessions and tokens, notification devices, personal documents and media, dogs, trips, tracks, locations, notes, reminders and personal maps are deleted or anonymised.

Limited retention

Invoices, payment evidence, contractual acceptances and data entrusted to a hunting club may be retained only for the applicable periods. They are detached from the profile where the data model allows it, and the account no longer grants access.

Apple or Google subscription

Deleting the Huntrexia account is not blocked by a mobile subscription. Apple or Google remains responsible for renewal, so also disable it in the relevant Store subscription settings.

Secure processing

The request uses the same secure workflow as the application. On finalisation, the account is blocked, sessions are revoked and the request is marked complete only after erasure succeeds.
